When people want to escape from Oaxaca City to “the beach,” they have historically traveled down the mountains to the Pacific Coast to places like Puerto Escondido, Puerto Angel, and Zipolite.  Al Goodin, Oaxaca City expatriate, and photographer extrodinaire, shot some of the following photos in Puerto Escondido and originally posted them on “Oaxaca City — Streets and Shops” –
